Top-notch service, delicious food and lovely location short walk to the lake, the Old Quarter, the tourist attraction. Appreciated consistently courteous staff. Rooms with a balcony and amazing views, for instance. Food was reasonably priced. Facilities were nice too.

Decent location, panoramic views. Breakfast had lots of food, including amazing yogurt and cereals. The rooms were very pretty and the beds were amazing. Staff was super useful and the service was good. The beach was beautiful.

I liked the hotel, it was hassle free and spotless. Hoan Kiem district wo n't disappoint you. I booked a room with a comfy bed, microwave and iron/ironing board. The pool was very clean and I had soft drinks in the cafe bar.

Fully booked hotel, spectacular views, very handy location, breakfast was large. The staff did all they can for an AMAZING stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. And it was set in old district. Property was so clean and the service was exceptional.

Fairly clean hotel, location and food were superb. Thanks to everyone, especially restaurant staff. I had a spaceous room, liked the large bed. The venue was just next door to stores and a market. Moreover, the area was downtown.

the location and the food were fab!, we enjoyed this luxurious hotel. apart from that, hoa prison was 10 minutes away by driving. we requested a superior deluxe king room with amazing view and were completely satisfied. we had the most fantastic few days there.
